I've never been an artist that could paint the land mark type painting. The Pleasure Pier at Avalon is a GREAT land mark...and I've never done it...What I love is light and color. And when everything is LIGHT and COLOR, there is no place for me to fit in, as an artist. But this scene, is more about light and color, than the teal green of the pier and it's reputation!
This painting didn't last long...that is, it now resides in
a wonderful collection in Southern California!
