Behind a major mansion that I stayed at for a week, while in Kilarney, out back was this large pastoral area, perhaps a race track at one time, that consisted of a raised wall, wide enough to walk on, bound on one side with ancient beech trees, and on the other side, azaleas that were taller than two story houses!
This "wall - path" went around maybe a mile or so, coming back to it's beginning. After walking for perhaps an hour, in awe, I found myself back at the beginning, and this magnificent Beech tree! Wish I had a person included, to show it's massive size!
