All of the land owners along the cliffs, give passage to any hikers that want to walk the cliffs. A person can walk for miles along these cliffs. Some of the stone walls actually had stones set into the walls, to create steps, other fences had the typical wire gates...as many ways to fence a parcel, as there were owners! And I have never seen such black rock...not even at Shark Harbor, on Catalina Island!
