For two years PAPA artists have met in Zion National Park to paint. This piece, and the one in my opening Pics, are just two of the more successful pieces.
The canyon is absolutely awesome, and especially when the sun is on it's downward swing. Of course, times like this, the light is moving very fast, and usually what my painting starts out with, has to be maintained, even though the view before me may be DARK before I can finish.
For myself, not having a lot of time, puts an emergency into my needs, and thus I THINK better, and RESPOND better...and hopefully PAINT BETTER!
